Shell Island construction slowed by incidents

Contractors from Commercial Diving International Services work on the Tyndall pier and boardwalk at Shell Island, Fla., Aug. 10, 2017. The construction on the pier and boardwalk on the Tyndall side of Shell Island began July 31, 2017, and is scheduled to be completed before Labor Day 2017, but could be delayed if beachgoers continue to disturb the workers.
