Exercise Stealth Guardian enhances rescue capabilities in multiple environments
U.S. Air Force pararescuemen from Moody Air Force Base, Ga., embark into an HH-60G Pave Hawk after successfully simulating the rescue of a downed pilot from a wooded area near Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., while taking part in exercise Stealth Guardian Aug. 8, 2017. After the three-month planning period for the exercise, Airmen from Moody and Tyndall partnered to integrate and employ Air Force rescue and 5th generation assets through real-world exercise scenarios similar to a deployed or contingency environment.
