Bay District Teacher Of The Year soars in more ways than one
Cathy Felty, Florida’s Bay District schools Teacher of the Year, is fitted for a flightsuit by Airman 1st Class Aaron Cusick, Senior Airman Erin Terry, and Master Sgt. Andrew Peery, from the 325th Operations Support Squadron, prior to a T-38 Talon familiarization flight at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., April 9, 2018.
