U.S. Air Force Col. Brian Laidlaw, 325th Fighter Wing commander, speaks to those in attendance during the wing change of command ceremony at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., July 13, 2018. As wing commander, Laidlaw is now charged with managing the wing’s 4,400 personnel and F-22 Raptors as well as providing day-to-day support functions to 19 assigned associate units and more than 23,000 Airmen, civilians, contractors and their families.
