CATM; "we train in peace to prepare for war"
Ammunition cans safeguard bullets during an M40B machine gun firing training at Hurlburt Field, Florida, Aug. 22, 2022. Due to Hurricane Michael’s destruction in 2018, certain parts of the 325th Security Forces Squadron’s Combat Arms Training and Maintenance course must be held at off base firing ranges. Airmen traveled nearly two hours from Tyndall Air Force Base to Hurlburt Field in order to qualify on the M249 light machine gun and M240B machine gun.
