Tons of concrete aggregate are unloaded from a barge delivery at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Feb. 6, 2023. The materials unloaded from the barge will be used at the base batch plant to create concrete for the new Tyndall flight line facilities, which will encompass the largest military construction (MILCON) project on the installation, including hangars for the F-35A Lightning IIs arriving later this year.
