  • Bay County Commissioner familiarization flight

    A familiarization flight was offered to District 2 Bay County Commissioner Robert Carroll in an effort to bolster the county’s understanding of Tyndall and its mission. Carroll is part of a five-member governing board elected at-large to represent the citizens of Bay County.
