PHARMACY
Pharmacy will fill all new (paper & electronic) and refill prescriptions for Active Duty Service Members, Active Duty Dependents, Retirees, and Retiree Dependents
- Electronic Prescriptions: To reduce wait time, activate prior to arrival by calling 850-283-7557
- Hard Copy Prescriptions: Can be dropped off at the pharmacy window or at the drop box at the front of the clinic
- Refill Prescriptions: Pharmacy will continue to fill all refills that are called into 850-283-7177
The Pharmacy is available to Active Duty members from 0730-1600.

Retirees and dependents can access Pharmacy services from 0800-1600.

A mask is required to enter the facility and the lobby requires appropriate social distancing. The pharmacy is busiest at 0800 and around lunch time so we recommend you plan your visit to minimize waiting. Please call the pharmacy at 850-283-7557 if you have any questions.
MEDICAL SERVICES
- Medical services are limited to acute appointments and medical readiness requirements. If you suffer an injury or feel ill, please contact 850-283-2778 for an appointment. Please call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273 for after hours and weekend medical advice.
DENTAL
AD Only; Acute care/Sick call; Class 3 & deployment needs; Annual Readiness Exams; Class 2 treatment (fillings, crowns, hard night guards), limited wisdom teeth extraction w/ IV sedation, Periodontal mx, limited cleaning slots available.
MENTAL HEALTH
AD only; Full capabilities for ADAPT/FAP/MH treatment; Walk-ins/Intake appts, all other appts virtual

- The Laboratory is open for Active Duty walk-ins from 0730-1600.
- Retirees and Dependents are by appointment only.

Base Services
Force Support Squadron

All FSS facilities are LIMITING CUSTOMERS and following CDC guidance of no more than 10 personnel congregating in an area at once and SOCIAL DISTANCING by maintaining 6 feet personal space between individuals until further notice.

Child Development Center - Standard operations. Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Library - Social distancing. Open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Outdoor Recreation - Social distancing. Open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday - Sunday.

Base Exchange
All Exchange employees and patrons MUST wear a face covering when entering, working, or shopping in the Exchange.
COMMISSARY

The commissary is conducting 100% I.D. card checks at the entrance of the store and has revoked the visitor policy to promote social distancing and crowd control.

All DeCA employees and patrons MUST wear a face covering when entering, working, or shopping in any DeCA Commissary. You will not be allowed entry without a face mask.

Tyndall AFB Service members, should ensure to practice prevention measures already in place, including:

Telework should be considered whenever feasible for the mission
