  • Health Protection CHARLIE, Fitness Center; what you need to know

    Concerns caused by an increase in COVID-19 cases on base and in the local area led Tyndall Air Force Base officials to implement Health Protection Condition CHARLIE on Aug. 3, to help mitigate exposure while also continuing Team Tyndall’s mission. The Tyndall Fitness Center activated a few changes to accommodate the move to CHARLIE while still being able to allow members access to the gym.
  • Tyndall medical, first responders partner with Bay County EMS, Ascension Sacred Heart for joint training exercise

    On March 12, 2020, the 325th Medical Group at Tyndall Air Force Base, partnered with Bay County to participate in a multi-agency emergency response exercise. Participants in the exercise mainly included the 325th Medical Group, Bay County Emergency Medical Services and Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Medical Center.
  • Wing commander visits Tyndall Command Center Airmen

    U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Alan Garcia, 325th Fighter Wing Tyndall Command Center junior emergency actions controller, hosted this month's Airman Shadow program in which U.S. Air Force Col. Brian Laidlaw, 325th FW commander, visits units across Tyndall for immersion tours. This gives the commander an opportunity to see daily operations and also allows units to showcase their unique parts of the overall mission.
